ORTHOTICS

At Gulf Coast Orthotics & Prosthetics Center we have the ability to fabricate custom orthotics for patients that need dynamic support for function and comfort.

Our practitioners are trained, experienced and qualified to:

• Evaluate, design, fabricate, fit and align orthoses
• Assist physicians in formulating prescriptions and in examining and evaluating the patient’s needs in relation to their disease entity and functional loss
• Select materials and components
• Make all necessary casts, measurements, model modifications and layouts
• Perform fittings, alignments and adjustments
• Evaluate the orthosis on the patient and instruct the patient in its’ use

We will also provide an accommodated range of custom-molded and extra-depth shoes for numerous activity levels. These shoes are available for those who have orthopedic and athletic needs.

Custom shoe inserts can be made to accommodate a variety of needs from flat-foot to charcot joint deformities.

PROSTHETICS

We offer a wide range of options for everyone in need of a prosthetic device. Our practitioners are trained, experienced and qualified to:

• Assist physicians in formulating prescriptions and in examining and evaluating the patient’s needs in relation to their disease entity and/or functional loss
• Select materials and components
• Make all necessary casts, measurements, model modifications and layouts
• Perform fittings, alignments and adjustments
• Evaluate the prosthesis on the patient and instruct the patient in its’ use
